zMAD Mentoring Program

Mentor A teen of Shasta County and give them hope and purpose

The zMAD Mentoring Initiative is all about responsible and caring adults showing up in the lives of kids that do not have positive role models in their lives. It is all about adults walking alongside kids that are trapped in addiction, live in chaos and one that lives fueling their own self hatred; they’re lost and in need of hope.

Shasta County youth are exposed to 2 times the trauma compared to the national average. We believe that this program can transform our youth personally and impact future generations to live in hope and not fear. We invite you will be part of this transformation.

Join the zMAD Mentoring program where you are trained, supported and given all the resources required to mentor a teen.

“In order to be a mentor, and an effective one, one must care. You must care. You don’t have to know how many square miles are in Idaho, you don’t need to know what is the chemical makeup of chemistry, or of blood or water. Know what you know and care about the person, care about what you know and care about the person you’re sharing with. ” -Maya Angelou
